Research Interests 

Patient safety engineering & Instrument-Tissue Interaction, with one or more of the following ingredients: mechanical design, medical robotics, mechatronics, biomechanics, sensing, human-machine interaction, psychophysics; all with an application within the field of minimally invasive techniques, often with a focus on percutaneous interventions.
