In this internship, you will study all aspects of the diagnosis of prostate cancer in the urology department of the Erasmus MC. You will study the imaging techniques, attend a biopsy and learn how the pathology of the biopt is assessed. Based on this information you can translate existing steering technologies for a needle to this application and test it. In case of a graduation assignment, testing may include testing in human or animal tissue.
